• Background - Originally established in 1993 as PharmaCon Consulting Corporation by Warren S. Carin, then Doing Business as Maverick Software Technology and Development, and now relocated to Pennsylvannia, as The Eleventh Hour,Inc.

• Service Area - We are headquartered in the borough of Hafield, PA and a satelite office in West Windsor, NJ. with ninety-five percent of our technologists living in the Greater Philadelphia/Central Jersey Region. We try to place our people locally to their residence, ensuring any technologist is available to work on engagements without having a long commute.
